Getting ready

Well its still 7 days away but I thought I better get this blog started.
After waiting 4 years since our last big adventure we are heading off for our next sojourn around this beautiful country.
This time we are joined by Tina, John and Josie. The trip departs on the 6th of June and we will return on the 2nd of October.
Travelling from Ararat up to Renmark through the centre to Darwin and around the west coast to Perth and back across the Nullabour. We hope that you enjoy following our travels for the next four months via this blog.
Lots of planning has gone into the route that we are taking, the sights we are hoping to see as well as the camps that we hope to enjoy. The van is packed and the car fuelled up, Kirby has accepted the offer of house sitting as well as keeping Ace occupied and fed till we get home. We will miss him as well as our family and friends but the experiences we can share when we get back will be worth it. So strap your self in and come along for the ride via your screen.
